L'association APAMU organise, pour la première fois le 14 octobre 2009 dans le hall de l'assemblée territoriale, une journée grand public autour du thème du secourisme. L'objectif de cette journée n'est pas de dispenser une formation secouriste à proprement parler, mais aura plutôt la vocation de "sensibiliser" à l'acte citoyen que représente "le secours aux victimes" ainsi qu’à plébisciter une attitude responsable en matière de sécurité routière.
